For one special night, Friday, June 11th at 7:05 pm against the Asheville Tourists (Colorado Rockies), the Kannapolis Intimidators, Children's Home Society of NC and Speedway Children's Charities will team up for a night at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium called "Bring it Home for Kids." On this night, you can make a real difference for one of thousands of children awaiting adoption in North Carolina. There is also a special ticket deal, with part of the proceeds benefiting Children's Home Society of NC. After the game there will be a fireworks display.

For this special night, the Intimidators will donate part of the proceeds from their online sales to the Children's Home Society of NC on all purchases made using the special online code. To participate in the special ticket sale, log on to IntimidatorsBaseball.com and click on Tickets on the left side of the page. There you may choose the date, Friday, June 11th, and after registering, a box will appear on the right side of the screen for fans to enter the code "Bring it Home for Kids." The price type will change to "Bring it Home for Kids" if it is done successfully. Once the order is complete, the tickets will be available for pickup at the will call window of the F&M Bank Box Office at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium.

Children's Home Society of NC will have a concourse table set up to inform fans about becoming a foster parent and they will also be recipients of the proceeds from a silent auction that will occur during the game.

"Bring it Home for Kids" was formed in 2007 as a way to raise awareness and funds to find permanent, loving homes for the more than 3,000 children awaiting adoption in NC. This is the second year the Intimidators are hosting "Bring it Home for Kids", who are also involved with three other Minor League Baseball teams in North Carolina.
