The Charlotte chapter of Speedway Children's Charities is focused on funding a wide range of charities in the community that focus on children in need and their families.

We dedicate our efforts to funding a wide range of charities - because communities have a wide range of charitable interest and needs. Our goal is to reach as many children as possible by supporting those agencies that are the unsung heroes in many communities. Our Board of Trustees awards grants to those organizations that operate the most effectively and assist the most children.

Serving area counties: Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Union, Stanly, Rowan counties in NC & York, Chester, or Union counties in SC

Just a few ways organizations we support have helped out children in the area

Misty Meadows Mitey Riders, Inc. - SCC funds helped to provide equine assisted therapies for children with special needs free of charge.

Cabarrus County Boys & Girls Club Inc. - SCC funds were used to provide reliable transportation for children county wide to attend summer and after school camps.

Holy Angels, Inc. - SCC funds were used to secure a handicapped van for client transportation to medical, dental, and other appointments.
